After what has felt like a particularly harsh and challenging winter, we are utterly delighted to announce that the park has officially reopened its gates and is ready to welcome back its guests- both familiar and new, for a promising 2026 season!

Throughout the winter months, our workaholic team have been knuckling down and preparing the park for the season ahead, and so what may appear to have been a quiet “closure period” for visitors, behind the scenes it has been a time of transformation. Extensive pitch re-leveling, ground maintenance, tree pruning, painting and decorating, deep cleaning, and technology upgrades have all taken place to ensure the park is looking and functioning its best for the year ahead. And what better way to begin the new season than with the recent and much-anticipated appearance of sunshine, offering a welcoming glimpse of what we hope will be a glorious 2026. The daffodils are now in bloom, the days are growing longer, and temperatures have already reached double digits this week—something certainly worth celebrating in Northern England at this time of year. But beyond the promise of brighter weather, the real charm of the park lies in the setting itself. Nestled within the beauty of the English countryside, the peace and tranquility our park is known for, remains as timeless as ever. It offers the perfect escape from the mundane pace of everyday life- a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the calm and character that only a rural retreat can provide.
