What time is check in/out?


TOURING AND CAMPING CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIMES

Check-in: 12:30 pm to 7:00 pm

Checkout: Before 11:30 am (store and stay customers 11am)

If you expect to arrive outside these specified times, please contact us at 01723859280 to make alternative arrangements.


Do you allow group bookings?


Our maximum group booking size is limited to two individual units, and all group bookings must be approved via telephone prior to arrival. Group bookings cannot be made online. Please be aware that if you arrive as part of a group without prior approval, you will be asked to leave the site, and no refunds will be provided. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to this policy to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Do you accept dogs?


We are a dog-friendly site, allowing up to three dogs per unit with a daily supplement fee. To maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests, we ask that you always clean up after your dogs and keep them on a lead at all times. Dogs must not be left unattended on-site for any reason. We provide a spacious dog walking area with stunning views for your furry friends to enjoy. Additionally, we offer an outdoor dog wash facility and our on-site café welcomes dogs, ensuring a comfortable stay for both you and your canine companions.

What time does your security barrier open/close?

For the safety and security of all guests, our security barrier automatically closes at 11:30 pm and reopens at 6:30 am. During the locked period, the barrier will only be opened in cases of genuine emergencies. If you return to the site after 11:30 pm, you may park your vehicle in the designated lay-by on our private farm road and access the site on foot to minimize any disruption.

Do you allow barbeques or campfires?

We permit the use of charcoal barbeques on our premises. However, please ensure that disposable barbeques are not placed directly on the grass to prevent scorching.

For safety reasons, we strictly prohibit campfires of any kind on our property, including fire pits, fire buckets, chimineas, and grates. We ask all guests to adhere to this policy to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone.

What pegs do we need to secure our caravan awning?

Most caravan pitches are on a hardstanding base therefore you will need metal rock pegs to secure your awning. You will also need a steel hammer not a rubber mallet.

Do you accept commercial vehicles on site?

If you tow with a commercial vehicle such as a transit van, please contact us before making a booking. These vehicles will not be allowed to park at your pitch but must be parked in the designated car park area. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse entry to certain types of commercial vehicles. Sign written vehicles will also be asked to park in the car park area.

Can we bring two cars?


While you are allowed to bring a second vehicle, please note that parking space in our car park is limited. Therefore, we charge a daily supplement for the use of our car parking area for any additional vehicles. Due to space constraints, it is not possible to accommodate two vehicles on your pitch.
