What time is check in /check out?
Check in time is from 12.30 pm
Check out time is before 11.30am on your day of departure. At quieter time it may be possible for you to depart later but this must be arranged via reception.
Do you accept dogs?
Yes we do accept dogs on site. Dogs are charged for at a daily supplement and you can bring up to 3 dogs. Dogs must be cleaned up after and must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. We have a large dog walk with beautiful views.
What time does your security barrier open/close?
Our security barrier locks automatically at 11.30pm and re-opens at 6.30am. Once locked the barrier will only be opened for genuine emergencies only. If you arrive back to site after 11.30 pm there is a lay by in which you can park on our private farm road.
Do you allow barbeques?
Yes we do allow barbeques. Disposable barbeques must not sit directly on the grass, as it will cause the grass to scorch. Burning Charcoal only – NO WOOD and NO OPEN FIRES.
Do you allow campfires?
No we do not allow campfires this also includes fire pits and grates.
Do you accept commercial vehicles on site?
Only by prior arrangement and you may be asked to park them on the car park and not next to your pitch.
Can we bring two cars?
You can bring a second vehicle but only have limited space in our car park. A second vehicle will be charged at a daily supplement on our car parking area. There is not room on your pitch for 2 vehicles.
How much deposit do you require?
We require a £20.00 non-refundable deposit for stays of 2 nights and a £30.00 deposit for stays of 3 nights or longer when you make a booking. Bookings for 1 night will be required to pay in full at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on arrival by cash, debit or credit card.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards.
